Cancelling your subscription
A simple guide on how to cancel or reactivate TableMap
Managing your subscription at TableMap is straightforward. If your requirements change, you can cancel your plan at any time without any exit fees or hidden charges.
How to cancel your subscription
You can process a cancellation directly from your admin dashboard in just a few steps:
- Navigate to the Admin section.
- Select the Billing tab.
- Under the Your Plan heading, click the Cancel at end of billing period button and confirm.

What happens after cancellation?
Once you have requested a cancellation, the following process applies:
- Continued Access: You will retain full access to all TableMap features until the end of your current billing period.
- Final Charges: No further subscription fees will be taken for future periods. However, please note that any SMS usage costs incurred up until the end of the current period will be invoiced in a final statement.
- Data Retention: We keep your data safe in our system so it is ready if you decide to return. If you would like your data to be permanently deleted, please contact us at support@tablemap.co.uk.
- No Hidden Fees: There is no "breakage fee" or penalty for cancelling your service.
Cancelling during the free trial
If you are currently using TableMap on a free trial, you can cancel before day 15 to ensure no subscription charges are applied. For more details on trial terms, please see our guide: How the trial period works.
Can I reactivate my account?
Yes, we’ve made it easy to pick up where you left off:
- Before the period ends: If you change your mind before your current month expires, simply go to Admin > Billing > Your Plan and click the Continue subscription button to stay active.
- After the period ends: If your account has already closed, simply log in and select your restaurant. You will be automatically guided through the steps to reactivate your plan.
