Downloading the mobile app

The Tablemap mobile app is a dedicated tool for front-of-house staff to manage the floor during busy shifts. It allows hosts and managers to handle bookings on the move, ensuring a smooth service right from the palm of your hand.
Download for iPhone (iOS)
To install Tablemap on your iPhone or iPad, follow these steps:
- Open the App Store on your device.
- Search for “Tablemap” in the search bar.
- Tap Get (or the cloud icon) next to the app listing.
- Once downloaded, tap the icon to open the app.
- Sign in using your account credentials.

Download for Android
To get Tablemap on your Android smartphone or tablet, follow these steps:
- Open the Google Play Store on your device.
- Search for “Tablemap” at the top of the screen.
- Select the Tablemap app and tap Install.
- Once the installation is complete, tap Open.
- Sign in with your email and password.

Signing in to the app
To sign in, simply use the same email address and password you use for the Tablemap web dashboard.

What can I do in the mobile app?
The app is designed for speed and mobility during service:
- View today’s reservations: Access your complete daily booking list at a glance.
- Seat guests: Check guests in and assign them to tables as they arrive.
- Manage walk-ins: Quickly add last-minute diners to your digital floor plan.
- View floor plan: See a live overview of your restaurant’s layout and table availability.
- Push notifications: Stay updated with instant alerts for new bookings or cancellations.
